This was a great hotel, the staff where extremely friendly, very attentive and genuine. The hotel had a beautiful Lilly flower smell throughout which was relaxing, soothing and very calming upon entering off a busy Mumbai street. The staff made the stay even better and we felt incredible staying here. This was definitely one of the best places to stay in Mumbai. Had drinks at the bar, and the staff where so friendly and paid us great attention along with the reception and door man. Next time I go to Mumbai or know of anyone going will definitely reccomend staying here.

The hotel is pretty swanky. The food was surprisingly delicious and the service was surprisingly bad. I had to ask three times for everything from pillows to room clearance, tea bags etc., and water bottles took 2 hours to be delivered to the room. The mini bar menu was missing and the mini bar was half empty and remained so even after bringing it to their notice. They even tried to charge me the missing items as consumables but corrected the mistake after pointing it out. So, be careful while you settle the final bill.

Amazing interior and value for money. Located in the perfect location to the city. Truly amazing experience.

Very clean & comfortable. Ask for room opposite the road as the roadside rooms are noisy. Ideally located between two shopping malls. Will book again.

Feel of 5 star equivalent ambience and feel at a convenient location. Affordable luxury, although an ideal place for business travellers.

Ideal location for travellers with business in the suburbs. For a 5 star hotel, rooms / services tend to be mediocre.

When we entered the hotel look like five star but poor reception make bad impression which strike deeply and remain in mind till you check out. Although other things are very good and help the hotel to maintain five star rating but really reception is very poor.

Reception staff were courteous but lacking in warmth. Check-in was slow as room was not ready at 2.00 pm. Other staff were helpful and friendlier. Room was of a good standard, and the restaurant food was definitely 4 star plus! Would recommend this hotel and will use again myself.
