Reception staff were courteous but lacking in warmth. Check-in was slow as room was not ready at 2.00 pm. Other staff were helpful and friendlier. Room was of a good standard, and the restaurant food was definitely 4 star plus! Would recommend this hotel and will use again myself.

Thanks to the amazing rate I got from MakeMyTrip, it was perfect. I was working in the area, so the location was great for me, although, for a tourist it is far from town. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, food was good and very reasonable. A gymnasium that had more than enough equipment, and even a small pool. In all, particularly if there is a good deal on and you're working in the area, or just spending a night in transit, its perfect.

Better communication from the front office staff. I requested for early check-in and asked to update me if possible. Instead they asked me come and wait at the reception till a room was vacant. I was waiting for over 2 hrs there, if only they could call and update me while I moved around Mumbai. The complimentary fruits and cookies was a good touch but the cookie jar was empty. Overall, I had a good spacious room and the property is excellent for a business visitor. Good job guys but you need to have the eye for details!

I am very regret to inform you that, such a lousy and unprofessional service i never come across in my life time. Reservation desk staff are so arrogant and rude. One guy Mr.Ashutosh in front desk is so unprofessional, whenever we are going out, we are leaving the key and he is asking us whether we are checking out inspite of the fact that we have paid the room rent for three nights which makes so uncomfortable. When I have ordered room service on 05th March around 06:30 pm, he has taken the order over phone but after two minutes he has called and informing me that we have to pay for it. As if we don't know this. How dare he is informing one hotel customer like this. We know very well, whenever we are ordering for room service we need to shell out. This type of attitude and behaviour how it is prevalent in the hospitality industry and that to in 5 Star hotel like this.

Food has to be improved.

Best location in Goregoan. Rooms are small but preparation & service are good. I also really enjoyed the buffet.

The hotel is very good. The rooms are clean & with very nice view. The service is superb. The staffs are courteous & helping nature. Only issue is the location is not very good. Difficult to get from airport. Little interior. Needed to call hotel to pass on the address to taxi person.

It was a good value for money package, the staff is cordial, the ambience of the hotel is calm though itÂ’s in the midst of heavy traffic area. The facilities are adequate and the breakfast served is also worth a try.

The hotel and rooms were clean. Washrooms were clean. Location is at a short distance from shopping malls and most tourist sights in Mumbai. Hotel can arrange cars for guests.
