The hotel is located near a wedding hall and the sound emanating from the function is disturbing. Although, it is close to the main railway station, it is not an area that one would like to walk what with the crowd. Most of the staff cannot speak English or Hindi so one has to know the local language Tamil. The restaurant, I gauged from afar, doubles as a conference room. The room itself was fine for a business hotel although I dared not lift the bed covers to check the mattress for fear of being disappointed and not then being able to sleep on the mattress. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. Overall, it was a shade expensive.

Hotel is centrally located near railway station. Staff was polite & quite accommodating. There was one glaring problem. My room had an outdated restaurant menu card. I got a shock after seeing the actual bills. They were higher by at least 20%. When pointed out, the manager put the blame on the "New" housekeeping boys. Initially my bike was not allowed into their compound parking lot, but after explaining that mine is an expensive imported bike & also threatening to cancel the booking, they relented.

Hotel is neat and clean. But the cost is on higher side. Still, they thrive because the other hotels in the location, though of much lesser cost, are not clean & neat. With just one decent competitor emerging in the area, I guess, they cannot maintain this price / cost for the room.

Hotel is located less than half kilometer from Railway station and is very convenient to checkin quickly after travel. Location of hotel is little congested. Breakfast buffet was good.

All nice and satisfied. But at the time of check out at 6 am even a cup of tea was not available. Very sad.

Over all ambiance and facilities did not live up to 3* expectations. Bar adjacent to the hotel created a noisy ambiance in the evening. Room service was really slow. Took 30 min for coffee and 45 min for dinner.

Location though just outside the station, is full of bars and lot of drunkards on the raod to hotel. Though the hotel management is not be blamed, I would love to have a hotel where there are not many local people oogling at ladies.

The hotel is good but the service needs to be improved. The hotel staff also needs to improve on their communication skills.

Good hotel that provides value for money. The restaurant needs to be spruced up a bit. Locating the hotel is a bit difficult and the road leading to the hotel is too narrow.

The staff was courteous and friendly, rooms were well made and clean, room services were good, breakfast was superb.
