Hotel Grand Palace is located on Killiyur Waterfalls Road at Yercaud in Salem District of Tamil Nadu. Salem Airport is approximately 45 kms. away from the property, while Salem Junction Railway Station is about 35 kms. away. The bus stand is situated at a distance of 3 km from the hotel.

There are two conference venues at Hotel Garden Palace, namely 'The Grands' and 'The Lantern'. While 'The Grands' is a banquet hall with a capacity of up to 300 guests, 'The Lantern' is a board room and ideal for a small meeting of 15 to 20 guests.
