Rooms were good. Service was excellent including the food. Overall a pleasant experience. There is only one suggestion regarding facility is that it would be even more nice if heaters are provided in the rooms.

Hotel is very very very good. I enjoyed each and every movement of my stay in this hotel. Hotel is very hygienic, food is very good, staff is very much supportive. Service is superb. I want to stay this hotel next time I go to Kodaikanal. I strongly recommend this hotel.

My experience with Grand Palace Hotel was not satisfactory. Blanket wasn't clean and it was not pleasant. Front Desk response was not good. Facility was not upto that standard for the money paid. Overall, Not worth for the money.
