The hotel amenities were awesome. Good food, spacious and well maintained rooms, neat and clean washrooms, proper care of hygiene taken. Staff and services were were really good. I would suggest to improve the quality of tea. Offers value for money!!!

It is a very bad hotel. They did not clean our room for 3 days!! (even on insisting regularly!). The staff is uneducated and unorganised. Don't ever stay.

Rooms were nice and clean, interiors were good, hotel food was average. Hotel is around 15-30 mins drive from railway station depending upon traffic conditions. In the deluxe room there is no fruit basket/snack basket/mini bar/mini fridge/complimentary mineral water/bath tub. Other items in like tea/coffe maker/dvd player/iron are not in the room but may have been available on request, we did not check. Though our experience overall was good.

Stay only if no other hotel is available. Services were very poor. Even after request, staff didn't care to provide toiletory items. Standard of service is no where close to 3 star. Worst Experience Ever - seems more like budget guest house than 3 start hotel.

A total value for money. Few suggestions for improvement - 1. There was no footpad at bathroom door (ya I really noticed that). 2. Hotel staff should be more informative to the customer about the locality tourist spots.

Front view of hotel and room ambience was excellent. Room service was good.
