The room rates can be considered high if you book them by calling the hotel directly. Through make my trip, I saved extra bucks in booking a single room

The service is rather poor, even in the restaurant. The staff never pick up the phone which rings constantly from early in the morning. This is annoying top persons in rooms near the service area. Food quality in the restaurant is not great.

The hotel is not so much value for money as because the location was far from the Taj Mahal. The room quality was good with large spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. However, the services and breakfast of the hotel definately can improve.

Location - Calm & Peaceful, Condition & Hygeine - Good. Only problem was that they had kept some snacks & cold drinks in our room but did not inform us that these are chargeable. While check out, they charged Rs. 60 for an alu-bhujia packet which costs Rs. 5 outside.

Room condition was shabby. The furniture was too old and low market. The toilet had a broken wash basin and was not clean also. AC was there with no temperature controller. Unfortunately, I had to switch off the AC as it cooled a lot. You would not like to stay inside the room. Only the restaurant is good.

The hotel was very good in terms of cleanliness, the location and infrastructure. The only concern was the room service and the Quality of Food was not good enough to match the standard of 3 Star Hotels. The food was almost tasteless.
