Hotel as such is located very strategically, but it seems not managed by best people. Reception to room service, the satisfaction level is very low. No mini-bar facility in Deluxe Room, surprising. Anyway, if we need to just lock the door and donÂ’t need to bother about anything, then we can choose this hotel.

Nice stay, calm and spacious location. Hospitality at par. Value for money.

We stayed there from 16th June 2010 to 18th June 2010. The hotel was good and matched value for money. Overall a good experience, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and cosy. However, few things for them to improve- 1) The path from the reception to the rooms (red brick tiled) was always stained and dirty, giving a poor look. 2) Room service was slow, we had to call up twice or thrice to remind them what we had asked for. Overall nice and recommended to all.

Every customer needs the best attention from service provider right from the first step in your premises, so please donÂ’t wait for him to reach your reception. Try to guide him to reach at the right place because 1st impression may be the last one.

It was good.

Had a very bad experience when I booked a car from the reception. They behaved like a local "dalal", showed a new car before booking, send another after that with an equally rude driver and reluctant to produce any bill for the transaction. So itÂ’s a good hotel to stay but donÂ’t try to make any further transaction with reception guys.

The taste of the food was satisfactory. Room service was a bit slow. If you have you own conveyance, then it is nice place to stay.

May be due to holiday rush the hotel charged a lot more then the standard of room provided.
