Grand hotel is a real surprise package for you. When you compare the hotels property pictures with the prices charged, you sense something wrong - feel there has to be a trick somewhere. But, once you reach the hotel premises, you realize it's as beautiful as promised if not more and the service levels and attitude of hospitality team very professional. It's definitely value for money while providing A-class experience to any budding tourist - backpackers or family tourists - Indian or foreign.

Last Sunday we returned home. We stayed in your Hotel for 2 days. And we really enjoyed it! Hotel Grand, Agra is a good hotel to spend a weekend. Location is fine and peaceful without any traffic sounds. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Air conditioning is excellent. Power back-up system is remarkable. Food is tasty and service is good.

The room rates can be considered high if you book them by calling the hotel directly. Through make my trip, I saved extra bucks in booking a single room

Location - Calm & Peaceful, Condition & Hygeine - Good. Only problem was that they had kept some snacks & cold drinks in our room but did not inform us that these are chargeable. While check out, they charged Rs. 60 for an alu-bhujia packet which costs Rs. 5 outside.

The hotel is really good and value for money but for the water in the tap feels like straight from the toilet flush!

It's value for money place in a serene location with commentable service.

The hotel was very good in terms of cleanliness, the location and infrastructure. The only concern was the room service and the Quality of Food was not good enough to match the standard of 3 Star Hotels. The food was almost tasteless.
