Good service, daily cleaning of room & toilet, daily changing of towel & bed sheet, five minutes walking distance for Kolava beech, good restaurant, over all I recommend.

Best located hotel, very close to colva beach.

This hotel is value for money. Close to colva beach and good restaurants.

This was a really pleasant stay. Considering an average hotel in India, we were not expecting much. To our surprise this hotel was exactly everything what we needed. A room with all comforts a couple may need, having in mind that not much people stay in the hotel on the day-time anyway. It is a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. No problem to find the sea even on the first day with no map. Hot water in the bath is 24/7, yet not always enough for two people in a row. It is boiler-heated. Air conditioning and a ceiling-fan are present and working. Cable TV with over 60 channels is also well. Room service is nice and with options to order meals and drinks to your room. Yet such orders are charged of additional 20%. 24/7 present guard in the yard makes you feel much safer. On the other hand, too thin walls and ceilings posed a lack of a sound-proof wall. Fortunately, that was the only problem.

Charges seem to be exorbitant; could be due to holiday season.
