Excellent hotel in terms of location, service and hospitality. The staff and front office people taken care of us well as if we felt at home. Thanks to entire team of hotel. We love to be there next time without any doubt. All the very best for the hotel.

Satisfactory.

This is a good hotel. Food is great. They need to fit a hand shower in their washrooms to make things easy! They didnÂ’t have a change for Rs 1000 note. Fears of a counterfeit could be a factor. In all a lovely place to stay!!

1) The service in the 2nd floor restaurant is not satisfactory at all. We have to keep reminding them to give water or coffee or tea or anything. Even after giving the order we need to keep reminding more than 3 to 5 times and then only we get the service. 2) The rooms are good but the toilets are very small. 3) The food is very expensive and quality & quantity not at all worth the rate considering this is not a 5 star but the rates are almost equivalant to a 5 star.

A comfortable stay for the price you pay except that you won't find a socket for your 110V electric shaver. So US visitors, keep that in mind when you plan for this hotel.
