Ginger Hotel East Delhi Reviews, Delhi

Excellent service. I was down with high ever but even after checkout the staff offered me a room to rest as I had a late night train to be back at my place. Truly INDIAN TATA hospitality.

I am not satisfied with the service provided in hotel, even though they have charged us for the breakfast while booking of the room.

Not satisfactory. Small rooms with no ambience.

Rooms are samll, location is too far away from Central Delhi

The person at Reception informed that password for wifi would be sent to mobile by SMS. But it was never sent.

The hotel is only 6 months old, and has many teething problems. The restaurant was good, but I missed the Ginger buffets.

The experience was very bad as the Tata sky was having very few channels active. No MTV, ZOOM, Discovery or other news channels. No Wi-fi, though it was mentioned that it is a Wifi zone. No LAN connection and very limited TATA photon for customers. Though the Food was good, and the room service was good. But the reception staff was not very responsive or can say dull in nature.
