As it is Ginger from TATA, everything was as I expected. Location was very good, rates were excellent. Cleanness was outstanding.

Location is close to most of the sites visitors generally interested in. Service was instant. Rooms are maintained properly. Condition of the hotel was very good. Hotel staff was eager to guide for trip. Rates are worth. I strongly recommend this hotel for the visitors who are looking for affordable still good hotel.

Went to Goa for a honeymoon in feb 2013.. Was a good experience... Hotel well maintained. Rooms was clean & hygienic. Great advantage is the location. It is right at the centre of panaji city yet not very crowded.. Easy access to both north & south Goa.. Great value for money... Highly recommended.. Especially for couples & families...

It was good to stay there. I heard about the ginger Hotel many times but never had the opportunity to stay there and I think it was beyond the mark. I loved the food there. I liked the location. I think it was the best location for any hotel.

All the amenities & services were satisfactory, just that room service was available only with ordering from the restaurant. It would have been more customer oriented if minor room services would be provided the first time & then guests are informed about the T&C rather then explaining the T&C first which would have shown the hospitality & customer service orientation of the hotel.

Great room service, pretty quick too, clean and beautifully furnished rooms and rest rooms. Food is delicious, very competent pricing. Loved my stay here. Travel Desk, t-shirt shop, free internet and wi-fi, worth every penny. It is my permanent choice of stay in Goa now.

Complimentary breakfast should be made available to 3rd occupant also. Further, a toaster should be available in the cafeteria as the bread served is not toasted.

Ginger is located very near to the bus stand. The place is well lit and feels safe. The hotel was clean and was value for money. Though their own restaurant is undergoing repair, there are quite nice options around. Further going to North or South Goa is easy with lot of options to choose.
