It is great.

The stay was pleasant. Overall a good hotel to reside in apart from a little bit of trouble specially when it comes to toiletries and food supply after restaurant hours. The staff is very good and always ready to help. 24 hrs Wifi with good connectivity (free of cost). Was a little disappointed as the hotel could not provide me food or anything to eat after restaurant hours. It was even more weird when I asked for water and the guys comes up and asks me to give him the used bottle so he could fill it up. Overall good experience and highly recommended if you are carrying your own towels, body shampoo and food.

There is no return of money paid, as there is drastic cost cutting in room services along with price hike. Both way is not accepted.

AC is pathetic. The room remains hot as the cooling of AC is very low.

The hotel is never a value for money hotel. It is smart, but NOT a budget hotel at all. Rooms are very small compared to the price. There is no personalized approach at all as it is "Smart basic"! Food is dangerously costly. Only special thing was security. I think the room rent should be 800-1000 range including buffet breakfast.

Hotel is very nice and clean, but there is one minor problem - the pillow was very thick that can cause cervical problem.

Perfect for business visits especially for middle level businessmen and employees. Liked the idea of providing self ironing facility.
