Hotel staff was not responsive. Machine required to reactivate the faulty card for opening the room was not working. It was a security risk as the hotel staff was moving around to open the room with master card. Concept of not offering meals and services may not be liked by us. Torn bedsheetwas used.

It is very difficult to find the hotel, there is no board in front of mall. Power supply was disturbed around 2 hrs on 29th morning. Rest is okay, improvement is always better, keep improving..

In room no. 001 phone was not working, power supply was disturbed, bathroom was smelling too bed. So overall name is not too good but service is lower then lowest.
