Best value for money - room, location, reception staff and the restaurant

Overall it was excellent. The negative part was food/breakfast was exhorbitantly costly. Though my booking was for 2 days, the room access card was deactivated on 2nd day, in spite of the fact that I had paid for 2 days in full in advance and my luggage was still inside the room. Obviously, there is lack of co-ordination between reception desk and accounts wing. On all other counts hotel was excellent.

The hotel is OK but the house keeping was not all that good. The drain in the bath room completely blocked and the same room was allotted to me and it was really horrible to take bath there.

Staff is not very friendly. Condition is good. But staff creates some inconveniences.

The Hotel is very very bad for business travelers, poor service, bad restaurant, no hot water for the 24 hours we were there, and no one seemed to care. Very poorly located, no where else to eat with in walking distance.
