Very nice hotel at a great location! Staff were very helpful . Easy check-in and check-out. Overall had a great experience with family.

Clean and well maintained.

A wonderful choice for a short trip, this hotel provides a clean and very functional room. Washrooms are clean. Staff is efficient and cordial. It has an excellent travel desk, and I enjoyed doing business with them. However, the hotel would do better by refining a few propositions such as provision for toiletries, replacing the blanket with a covered duvet (the blanket brings back memories of a 2AC train journey). Overall value for money is outstanding.

I COULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN TO STAY AT A BETTER PLACE THAN GINGER AT BHUBANESWAR.THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY CORDIAL AND QUICKLY PROCESSED OUR CHECK-IN.THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN,SPACIOUS AND STOCKED.THE HOUSEKEEPING DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO VERY PROMPT IN THEIR SERVICES.THE ONLY SORE POINT OF THE HOTEL WAS THE RESTAURANT.THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE BUT THE THE FOOD LACKED VARIETY AND DIRECTED MAINLY TOWARDS VEG CUSTOMERS ONLY.

Good hotel but the food is okay. They should have a separate counter for vegetarians. Veg and non veg dishes share the same table and sometimes even the same vessel (adjoining compartments). Internet and wi-fi services are too expensive at about 125 per hour. It should not be more than 50 per hour.

This new chain of budget hotel is a great find in smaller towns. It is clean with all the facilities that one needs whether traveling on business or pleasure. The people are very hospitable. They could improve their food quality for the price that they ask as well as the quality of their bath linen.

The hotel is excellent in point of view location, View of hotel, rooms are excellent with in house facilities, The only poor about that the room service they don't have, otherwise the buffet breakfast and lunch are excellent and given personal attention in the best price of room rent. I will recommend the GINGER hotel to everybody. Please let me know whether they have chains in North India and central as well as Mumbai and Kolkata.
