Water was salty and there was no information about this. Clealiness definitely needs improvement, especially waste water from restraunt wash basin which is just let out and is one of the reasons for mosquito nuisance.

Room condition was normal while i got charged for the deluxe room, Bucket and Mugs are old even you don't like to touch them, Toilet windows are open so insects and lizards enter inside, one fat Lizard was in my room and you never know when its going to fall on you...so it was bad experience.

Promble with room AC, restaurant food quality need to be improved.

Location & services were ok. Lots of mosquitoes created panic.

This was one of the worst hotel in which we had a stay during our 12 days tour of Mathura/Agra and complete Himachal. Condition of hotel was very poor. Air-conditioner was not working properly and borewell water was supplied for bath and even for drinking. We have use mineral water even for brush. No cleanness was observed. Not recommended for stay as cost for air-conditioned rooms is very high compare to much better rooms at various locations by Himachal tourism.

The facility of hot water is not good.

There are some issues related to service and room condition.

The inside condition of the rooms need improvement. In one of the rooms TV was placed above cupboard at a height of 7ft making it impossible to watch. Toilets need up gradation.

OK for an overnight stay.
