Hotel Four Seasons Reviews, Mumbai

As expected.

The hotel is taking advantage of its location. The upkeep is very poor. The room was not even properly cleaned. There was not hand towel. No tea coffee maker in room. Nothing in the mini bar. The room rent should not be more than 2500/3000 for the condition. The entrance to hotel is very bad & the lobby is almost in passage. Not even worth single *

The hotel was right upto the mark, I read the reviews before booking but was a bit worried after reading people views, but the attraction was the location and the price, so I made a booking and was surprised and glad to see the room was wonderfull and I was even more happy when I raised the curtain in my room I could see the sea. So how can you expect such good room with ac, hot water,free internet, and above all sea facing window. I have made it final,that this hotel will be my all time Mumbai stay

Upon arrival, the hotel had no booking as per our reservation. After a tiresome flight, my parents were forced to wait for almost an hour before everything was sorted out, and in that time, I had to call customer care repeatedly to get through and also have them do something about it. Overall, a terrible experience, and I would hate for anyone to have to go through a gruesome ordeal such as this.

Hotel was nice but quality of the food was bad, especially breakfast was cold and did not have variety

The AC of the room didn't work properly. Simple things like the internet were a hassle. You have to get a new username and password every 2 hours..which they made a fuss about. All in all its not what it potrays itself to be and definitely not the service or the value you expect for your money.

Hotel that does not deserve star catagory.

I booked this hotel by mistake, thinking this was the REAL 'Four Seasons'. Taught me a valuable lesson to do some checks before booking.

Good location; value for money; courteous staff; could improve on breakfast.

The behaviour of service persons was satisfactory.
