Excellent package from Make My Trip. Very much recommended.

Excellent location. Great food, tremendous value for money. We booked for deluxe room but were upgraded to luxury. Beach was right across the road. All in all, a great stay.

Some of the rooms are smelly. I had to ask for a room change. They said that wing had a problem, I am not sure why they gave it to me if it was a known problem.

Overall, despite the peak season, the hotel being fully booked, hotel provided great room service on almost all times. The big disappointment was late night dinner they served at 12 midnight as had no choice but to have it at our hotel given two infants with us. The service, quality of food was terrible. Buffet b/f though was average in terms of spread, they should had more versatility to it. Same thing all 3 days doesn't help. Would stay, but prefer to eat out as there are much better options around Candolim.

Overall service levels exceeded expectations as all round efficiency levels from this 4 star property measured up to 5 star hotel standards. A top class rating to the overall high standards and service delivery levels set by the ITC Group.
