I do not think this hotel is a value for money spent on it only because of the room conditions. The rooms are gloomy, and dark. They do not have proper windows through which light can peep in. I would like to suggest one thing and for sure if you follow then the ratings of the hotel will go 5* from 3or 4*. My suggestion is that please break the walls from which the lights are unable to come inside the rooms and instead of 3 parallel small windows you can make 1 large and huge window. Trust me do it and u see ur clientele will change. Except this it is an amazing services , no complaints at all. Array of breakfast , was awesome, its seemed like a younger brother of an ITC hotel. Impressive, but the most important part of staying in a hotel is the room, so try to change the most vital part.

Though most people liked/satisfied,I am not satisfied with the stay because of the issues I have faced with. Check-in process was confused, printer created some issues, and most importantly the room key was not working. I could not be able to enter to my room on my own. The hotel staff has to bring a machine to decode the key which annoyed me a lot. rest are okay. The hotel luggage boy was excellent and thanks to him for all the help in sorting my room key issues which helped me to catch my train on-time.

Shower is in bad shape didn't work properly, food taste is not great compared to other star hotels food, staff & ambience are great, hassle free check in & check out.

Comfortable rooms, away from noise of the city. Great value for money.

The rooms are very small compared to the price I paid considering that I went for club class rooms. Although the package included return airport transfers the hotel refused to send the return transfer saying that it is only one way transfer!!!

I always stay at Banjara Hills, so this place is kinda little far from the shopping places (malls)

Value for money hotel. Courteous staff, well equipped rooms. Functional breakfast spread. All in all had a good stay.

Good hotel for then price.

Not recommended for frequent travellers as this hotel charges for airport pickup and drop.
