A central location, efficient service sans the unnecessary frills, clean and well appointed rooms - what more does a business traveler need?

The hotel location, service, decor & cleanliness is good. The breakfast is very good. However, they have some problems with the bathroom. The incline of the floor is towards the door. So there is water logging that seeps into the room. Also, there is no menu in TV to select the channels. You have to manually change channel after chanel to get what you want. Installation of DISH TV/TATASKY etc will be better. Service at reception is slow & unprofessional. They do not note down what the customer wants. For this reason, I did not get my favourite newspaper despite informing at reception. Also, during billing I was unnecessarily delayed despite informing 45mins in advance that I was checking out.

Hotel location was not properly told when i asked them for directions after reaching Bangalore. Lack of communication skill in english. Relectance to receive food order at 11.30pm. Food was really horrible. minibar was empty but for two beer bottles. no soda opener. It was fixed in upside down.

Nice value for money.

Although located on racecourse road, most of the cab drivers and auto wala dont know the exact location of hotel. Bed in my room was very small. I was surprise to see that the room was for 2 people and I confirmed same at the hotel. TV reception was of poor quality. It was equivalent of not having TV in the room. Bed sheet had dust particles on it and I have to clean it again before sleep. Weighing machine in my room was not working. When I asked for dental kit the morning, I have to call them 3 times to get the same.Breakfast is good with lot of options including north Indian and south Indian dishes. The staff in general are very courteous.

The hotel was nice.. Nice accesories in the room.. Biotic shampoos and other products as complimentary.Food was nice.. Everything was nice EXCEPT the bathroom. Bath fittings were loose.The drainage was not proper.Its a basic thing which should be proper even in a very small hotel. When u shower, the water goes to the toilet area and not down the drain thereby forming puddles.May be it was just my room that had this problems If u can ignore that, its great.

Stay was comfortable.
