A travel advisory desk could have made a good difference if available.

Good.

Centrally located to visit all the temples in the pilgrimage place of Tirupati. Very neat and clean hotel with an attached restaurant, which provides complimentary breakfast. Complimentary water bottles are provided. Cleaning of the rooms with change of towels is done on daily basis. Newspaper of National repute is supplied. There is ample parking place. The staff is courteous and quick to respond. The hotel belonging to welcome group, shows up the quality.

I had done my first online booking as the trip to Tirupati was kind of last minute plan. While I was apprehensive after reviewing the reviews of this hotel on some sites, the outcome really surprised me. The accommodation, staff response to requests and other aspects of the hotel was a real pleasure. In fact the stay helped us to stand through the long waiting queue for Lord's darshan and it was like an icing on the cake so far the trip was concerned. Excellent hotel!!!!

Check in & out time was 24 hrs ..that adjusted our trip well. Overall,location wise it is good and service was excellent although there was huge rush because of some delegate meeting and marriage bookings. Overall, it is very good to stay. Language barrier is there.

The hotel was centrally located, however the quality that one expects from a hotel with the fortune name was lacking. The staff was helpful. Coffee shop was undoubtedly poorly maintained. Open service doors near the hotel rooms clearly displayed exactly how clean and tidy the parts of the hotel are which is used by the staff.

Bed room is not sound proof front side of hotel is bus stand and back side railway track.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were very hospitable. The food was delicious. Great hotel.

The hotel was a bit worn out and lacked refinement in service. Breakfast was very ordinary. The hotel does not live up to the brand expectations.
