We felt welcomed. All staff members greeted with folded hands. It felt so pleasantly different from cold 'good morning' etc. Lift at the Parking floor should work, though we were helped by the security staff with our luggage, but that was not his job (Reception is on first floor and you need to carry your luggage through stairs). We had great experience at dinner. We ordered al carte, were warned that food would take 25-30 minutes but was served in 12 minutes. Dishes were less spicy as we requested and it was so relieving to notice that my 7 yrs. old daughter had her dinner without cribbing.

Condition of the Hotel: The hotel is well maintained and the amenities are typical of what one would expect of an ITC property. Standard of the Room: Although, the rooms are originally designed for a business traveller, I found it suited well for tourists like me. The internet connection was very good, and the coffee machine was decent. A good to have would be a well-designed exhaust for the bath room. Location: I travelled by train and I found that the hotel is ideally located near the station. It hardly takes a 5-10 minutes drive depending on the traffic. Service: Bell boy services: The Bell boys and the security guards are extremely courteous and offer great service Restaurant The waiters are also courteous and welcoming. The food (both dinner and complimentary breakfast) was good and tasty. Front office: I was disappointed with the front office with the way they managed my schedule. I had booked two rooms for my family (father, mother and wife) and had specifically requested for an early Check-in three weeks before my travel date. I was told that it should not be a problem but was made to wait for half an hour for the first room and an incremental hour for the second room Satisfaction: I am pleased with hotel amenities, but better service at front office would have made the stay even more pleasant.
