It was a great experience and accomodation provided in this hotel.

Location: Located close to airport and within 5 mins walking distance to two malls with ample choice for shopping. Other options for food is available in the area too. Locality wise, its nice. You have Hyatt, Ista and Sheraton brands in the same vicinity so cant complain! Room: I have been living with many properties, some of Fortune even, but I found this relatively smaller. But its okay for one person and short stay. {Was staying in the club rooms}. Also I felt the rooms weren't cleaned initially as I found the level of cleanliness increased after I moved out for a while for work and on return found floors tad more cleaner and linens changed!!! Now, though they have done it later but wish they should have done it before check-in only. Check in: It was smooth with makemytrip reconfirming it earlier. I can say the check-in and check out was hassle free. Food: The rate is surprisingly appealing. Overall: For the amount of money u are spending, you cant really complain. Value for money.

Well-furnished, clean rooms with creative interiors and modern facilities. When suddenly our flight got cancelled, we were in emergency need of rooms to stay. The staff was very helful. Grateful to the hotel to have helped us during our travel to an unknown place with ailing parents in tow. Add to it the food quality and the ambience of the restaurant was peaceful. Anytime I go to pune, this would be the place I'll stay in.

WOW....Awesome! Standard of Room was beyond my expectation. ITC has really delivered world class offerings with their Fortune chain of hotels. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Hotel staffs are great in attending to clients need immediately. Hotel was really clean and breakfast service was amazing. I liked the hotel and with the best deal makemytrip give me, I will be there again. Word of caution, hotel can't give you the same deal makemytrip gives you. Book through makemytrip only.

The Hotel was very good .The location of the hotel is very convenient. Lots of malls and shops are there to spend the time. Value for money.
