Not satisfactory .

Excellent hotel with courteous staffs

Fortune sullivan is great when it comes to service. They take less than a minute to service.Food quality needs to be improved and so is the variety.

Good location, food is overprised but still a good place to stay. staff is good

Everything was very good. Bathroom in the room required repairs. It is better if nets are fixed on the windows so that the windows can be kept opened. The food was excellent.

I expected the suite room to be a bit more plush. Other than that it was excellent.

Particularly disappointed with the standard and hygiene! I had to get the 3 different things in my room fixed during my 2 night stay here. Electric plugs didn't work...no batteries in remote...water clogging in the bathroom. Not the kind of services/standards you expect from a 4 star hotel!

The hotel was in a very nice location, in the heart of the Ooty city. It was my first visit to Ooty and my honeymoon. They made me feel like a prince and to my wife as princess. The staff was very polite, they had tailored all my local sightseeing spots, made all the car arrangements, well deciplined staff and Mr. Dinesh (Manger) whom i liked the most, very-very down to the earth person and good at his given post. The best thing about him was, when i was checking out he organised my take away breakfast for my journey as i was leaving early morning @ 5am. None of the hotels i have stayed around the world have given such a nice thought of the guest who is travelling early morning and what will they eat on the journey. I'm very much delighted with the service of The hotel and their Staff. Keep rocking guys, and surely i will recommend to all of my team and colleagues to stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was warm and comfortable. Unfortunately the bar was freezing cold and not at all welcoming. A log fire rather than aircon would have been nice at this time of year!

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. However it did not meet my expectations which I had when booking at the hotel. I had read that the hotel had centralised heating and that was one of the main criterias for me as it was december end. However there was no centralised heating and what was provided was a seperate room heater. Further the hotel interiors or fittings do not meet the expectations you have when you are booking at a 4-star hotel of fortune. I think this may be because it may be one of their older hotels. The buffet breakfast and the meals were quiet good and the service was also pretty good.
