Not commensurate with rating and exorbitant charges. Only hotel which did not organise visit to Sand Dunes, main tourist attraction in Jaisalmer. Food was below average in variety, taste and price. There is no smile anywhere in the hotel. Very surprising in hospitality industry. Very unfriendly except for one lady in the front office.
