Amazing Experience

The hotel setting was excellent, nice countryside and close to village. There was no airport pick up included on arrival for an 85 km journey. Fortunately a pre-paid taxi service was available. It was a pity we were unable to utilize the pool facilities. No water in one pool and no chlorine or filtering of water in other. Staff was very friendly but pressure to provide tips to maintain service was uncomfortable. The ayurvedic treatments at the health spa were not up to the standard. Massage techniques were good but cold oil was used for treatments. All staff should be trained properly. It would have been nice to have some written information in the room on arrival regarding sightseeing possibilities in the area. We became aware of possibilities too late into during stay to make use of them. Food was very oily and westernized.
