Interior outlook needs improvement however the room is clean and functional.Food is spicy and do not cater for all type of guests. Services are efficient and prompt. As a budget hotel it is good value for money. If the minor points are addressed the hotel can attract more guests.

Hotel is well-located in the heart of the city.Although nearby is Ernakulam Railway Junction, but Airport is 33 kms away(takes nearly 1hr). No outside distrubance and good to stay. Shopping complex are also nearby.

The hotel is very good. Nicely located. Front office staff very courteous. Centrally located and well connected. Only house-keeping need to pull up their socks. Had to demand toilet requisites.

The non AC rooms are located on an annexe building which was not clean as compared to the new building which was good, clean.
