The hotel is very good in terms of the ambience and location. it comes a cropper when you have to look at food quality and service.The complimentary breakfast was sad. Fruits and muffins/bread slices were there in the open with flies on them. I had to inform the hotel staff to have them covered. Ala' carte items ,it seems the hotel rarely gets orders like tandoor and biryani items,the chicken biriyani was a chicken gravy rice. Room service ordered and the trays were lying outside the room overnight plus well into late morning. When asked to come for room cleaning, I was informed they would come after 1230pm, but had remind them again at 1430 hrs after which someone came. The hotels so called beauty parlour was scary and unhygenic, head massage is not supposed to hurt.Haircombs used by one person is reused by another without cleaning. Five star charges with one star quality of service. Its the location and excellent swimming pool that makes you come back a little less sad.
