When I had done my booking I was little worried that the how's the hotel and how's the service over there, but after reaching there just on single call they provided the pick-up and drop facility which is not included in package but quickly they provided the same on nominal charges. Got grand welcome by the hotel staffs that wasnÂ’t expected, it gives me a feel like a 2nd home. After entering in the room which was booked I saw the very cleanness and the good atmosphere and room service. I will really recommend Empires Hotel to stay because of good ambience and co-operative staff.

Hotel rooms are in bad shape. Especially toilets are unclean, water tabs were broken, and telephone lines were not working. But restaurant was good. Hotel lobby and restaurant ambience was good. Staff is very courteous. I will not recommend this hotel as because of room condition.
