As a budget hotel very good value for money.

The garden maintained by the hotel is exeptionally excellent.

Good Hotel for long stay. Spacious rooms.Prompt services .

I had booked the room for three days in the month of Nov 2011. I have booked a standard room through Make my trip. After arriving at the hotel, the rooms are half completed. It was in the repairing stage. They offered me a room that just completed painting. There was no ventilation for the room and is fully suffocating because of the paint smell. When asked for the alternative room, the answer was negative. One good thing done by team of Elysium is they have offered me deluxe room for next two days at no extra cost. Deluxe rooms are spacious and has good view of the valley. If you are planning to stay in this hotel, my suggestion would be to go for deluxe room or cottages even if they are slightly overpriced (provided your pocket permits).

We saw that in web site as it's rated 4.5 Stars.But it's not worth of giving 4.5 stars. We can give 2 Stars for this.

Poor standards. Saw cockroaches at the entrance while checking in...bad...No hot water throughout 24hrs. Being in a cold climate, it's a pain when you wake up late. The hotel staff did not inform us about the timings which we realized on the last day, when we decided to take shower after 11AM. A standard room did not have any view at all. Overall bad experience and the staff were looking for people to use their services so they can make money!!!! Never again to the same hotel.

Only cottage is good, standard room's ventilation is not toward hill side. Only cottage ventilation has good view. Recommended for one day.

Our stay at this hotel was a terrible experience. The rooms are cramped with all kind of ambient noises, the passage to the room is cramped with phone ringing all day. If someone walks on the collidor or stairs you can hear all kinds of creaking noises. There is no proper ventilation or AC/Fan in the rooms, trust me u need those in this hill-station. The Hot water supply is erratic, some 3-4 hours only per day. The food, though of very poor quality, is exorbitantly priced eg. hot brown water, what they call tea is 25bucks a cup , and with the town some 4 kms away you dont have much option to choose from. Also beware of the front-desk executive Rajesh. We wanted a luxury cab for some sightseeing and readily paid some 1100 for some 4 hrs drive, but all we got was a rusty indica, which we came to know was his personal cab, I understand making some money on the side, but this is called fleecing the customer. Please beware of this hotel and avoid spoiling your holiday there.

The hotel location is good. One can take a walk to the market. The rooms are well maintained with 24 hour hot water supply. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous. Other meals are also good. The staff is courteous. Overall, it is value for money.

The Hotel is really good. The hospitality & service were nice during our stay at Hotel.
