The services especially catering services were good. To manage peak hours for dinner we were requested to call for food at the room. The food though was served very promptly in the room.

Food and condition of room could be better. Rooms are getting dated especially the bathroom. Expected things to be spruced up for the holiday season.

Very neat. Food is also good. It is right in the centre of the town but does not offer a spectacular view. But recommended for people who want to stay in Munnar town.

Eastend Hotel is in the center of city with nice garden. Accessible to all locations. We have booked Super Deluxe Room for 3 days. Travelled in the month of July 2010(off-peak season) room is enough spacious for a couple. Room service is good. Hotel has an attached restaurant and the food is delicious. Overall room is spacious, and food and ambience are satisfactory.

An excellent place for honeymoon.

The hotel is located in the heart of Munnar town and transit to site seeing places is very easy from this location. Rooms were clean with all the amenities and the services offered were excellent. Food was good, I tried the non veg and I liked one of thet hot chicken curries very much. If you do not want to stay far from town and want to stay in a nice cozy room, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Edassery East End is located at the center of Munnar which makes it easily accessible and is also very well known. Staff is friendly and courteous except for a select few in the Front Office who lack a smile and talk as if you are doing a favor by staying in their property. Mind you its just a select few. The rest of the staff are well trained and polite and also proactively responsive to meet your needs. The property has a nice lawn where you can laze around. Rooms are of very good standards. Cleaned very regularly and well maintained. Decor is tastefully done. The one thing lacking in the rooms is the lack of 24 hour hot water. Hot water was provided only for a few hours during the day.
