Very good hotel and good food. Very courteous staff.

Hotel was good and comfortable. Complimentary car dropping up to air port was not done. This is been charged by hotel. Hotel has all facilities. I lost a mobile phone in hotel taxi and unable to trace. Over all satisfied.

The hotel service was good. Staff was very helpful, food was good. The only thing I did not like was the color combination of the interior and the restraunts. The option for the buffet breakfast was minimal in juice.

The hotel is good at present but carpet in bedroom floors are beginning to be grubby and will need replacing soon. A mistake to carpet. Service is not good in the hotel restaurants.

As has been mentioned in other reviews, the room/ suite was a little on the smallish side, but not so much as to spoil the enjoyment of our stay. From there on, however, our experience was 5 star! We arrived late and tired and were quickly shown to our room where we ordered an excellent, restaurant quality meal which was delivered promptly to our room. The hotel is very new so everything was immaculate. If you judge a hotel by its towels, for example - often a quality give away, then I nearly disappeared in mine after the deluge of a refreshing rain-head shower - lovely. The staff are both eager to please and efficient and the breakfast was excellent. I believe I am well travelled and have experienced a wide range of hotels - this was one of the best and at the MakeMyTrip price one of the best value. I have found my hotel for future visits to Kochi/Ernakulum - congratulations to the Dream Hotel - no clichés!

This Chatwell hotel is great place to stay. The rooms are spacious and funky with a 'relax' lighting mode of blue neon. The only minor issue I found is with the lifts. They sit a little far apart from each other so its difficult to know which lift is coming to your level. Location wise its not entirely close (not walking distance) to the heart of Cochin (MG Road), but I believe it beats its 5 star rivals. Overall I would definitely go back there to stay.
