Very good value for money

Hospitality of the hotel was not even satisfactory. They need to improve a lot, mainly in housekeeping department.

The hotel is worst, The front desk executive Mr. Amit behaved very rudely with us raising my BP on entering the hotel I have never seen in hospitality industry such type of rude attitude .He appears to be suffering from some mental problem and is not fit to sit at the front desk. There is total neglect of the hospitality in the hotel and they are interested only in making money. I along with my group members, including my seventy nine year old mother, reached hotel at 0430 Am. on 7th Nov. and despite giving prior intimation of early arrival on 19th oct and again on the 6th Nov. they made us to wait for more than 30 minutes. There is no humanity in the hotel reception staff in particular Mr. Amit the matter was already brought to the notice of the acting GM. By keeping such type of hotels on your panel you are spoiling your reputation also. In order to avoid such type of suffering to your future customers I strongly recommend delisting the hotel from your panel at the earliest.

Average Hotel. Nothing great about it.

The Hotel staffs are not very co operative and they took 2hrs to give our room.we check in 2 hrs late because of their irresponsibility.

Very comfortable, best was the location of the hotel. I think check-in is too late (12PM). Otherwise, it was very comfortable and spacious, staff was really good and helpful.

Very nice hotel within budget. The service of the staffs are also friendly. Above all the food was very delicious and the price was surprisingly low.

The hotel is conveniently located, not too far away from Rajpur road, the main market. The room looked pretty nice and clean. There was no window to look outside but the room was air conditioned. Central hot water supply was available. The bathroom was clean but the tiles were slippery. There was no bathtub and curtain. All of the bathroom became wet and dirty after taking a bath. Service was the worst part of otherwise nice experience. The water supplied in the room was dirty with a lot of sedimentation in it. We had a driver and they provided a complimentary dormitory stay for him. But there was no fan and lot of mosquitos so he could not sleep and drive the next day. When we asked at the front desk, he himself started complaining. He said he knew about this problem but management does not do anything about it. The staff seemed helpless and untrained. We had very poor experience dealing with them on several matters.
