The staff provided amazing service. They were courteous and polite and took care in the best professional way. The room were excellent condition. The landscaping and other facilities added extra charm and made the impression very positive and encouraging. This first time experience has favourably become a place to unwind and have fantastic break from the busy city life. The ambience, swimming pool, board room and other facilities were also in order and my family thanked me for giving such a wonderful summer vacation. I wish to convey big thanks to the hotel team and would recommend a place for one time experience to know what we would have not experienced otherwise.

Set amidst picturesque surroundings this resort is a lovely place to vacation alone or with family and friends. Sports (billiards, basketball), swimming, cable and internet connectivity, you name it and its there. So you are connected yet away from civilization, choice is yours how you want to spend time there. Nestled in the foothills of Himalayas Nainital is just 25 kms away and there are the other famous taals nearby too. So you can check in, relax and then zip off to places you want to visit. Enjoy tasty meals and sit by the bonfire in the night. Wake up to the calls of the bids in the morning. Really loved it there, will be surely back Dolmaar!

Lousy staff - the amount they can lie and just keep on trying to take you around the bush was really irritating. We all are humans and do err at one point or the other but not being clear and taking customers to rely of false statements and commitments is certainly not done. Place is good, hope the management improves.

I paid was for 3 star hotel and facilities which we had was of simple dharamshala. Hotel has capability to go North but still a long way to go. To keep it simple let me summarize my findings: Pro's: 1. Good Location 2. Some staff members are co-operative 3. Food is good. Con's: 1. Don't have electricity 24x7. For hot water had to make several attempts. After this received bucket of hot water. Don't expect this kind of delivery in 3 star hotel. 2. Inclusions in package was really bad. Nature walk is too bad. At your own peril if you decide to take it...ItÂ’s too bad... Surprise gift is a real surprise....Didn't have it at the time of check out, was suggested will be couriered...Even the cab they arranged for full day sightseeing they charged me hefty amount. Partially my fault though that I blindly trusted them for making the bookings. 3. Very light curtains, by default irrespective how much tired you are you will have to wake up at 5:30am because sunlight seeps through. 4. Swimming pool filtration is not proper. 5. Place is no better than plain area, I was expecting AC in the room considering the room rent but had to spent time under a fan which is ineffective in the hot and humid weather there. Worst part was when I shared the problems with them as a feedback, I received a long stare from a gentleman in return. Take a judgment call based on this before booking a room there. Plenty of better options are available then this.

I never had such an experience. In fact I will say such a nice property has been ruined because of poor management. It was indeed pathetic. Let me give you a day wise experience. Day 1- After we were shifted to our room, we struggle to reach to the reception number to have water in our room, after 30 minute. In mean time we thought of using swimming pool, I was shocked to see people who were at front office (hotel staff) were using the same and thus we could not use the same, as it was very small pool. Day 2 - We were intimated that breakfast is served and we got 2 calls in 10 min period saying "jaldi aayi ye" we need to escalate to manager to get hot food and basic omelette, was not served at buffet.
