Most hopeless service ever experienced. THere is no intercom, we need to use ur mobile to call the person. Only 1 person to do housekeeping for all rooms. Rooms were never cleaned and lame reasons were given.

The process of booking through make my trip worked very well, but we were sorely disappointed at the hotel. It was cold and wet and the walls were green from all the mold. Having lived in cheap hotels before I wouldn't have minded if the hotel had been cheap, but for 2000Rp. it was rip-off to say the least.

Resort is beautiful but washrooms are very dirty.

The only thing which you need to be aware is that this place is very near to the Dodabetta Peak and hence you will find it much colder than the rest of Ooty. Otherwise itÂ’s a cool small place. Yes do not go if you are not having own conveyance.
