Delightz Inn is a great place to stay, after reaching to hill station we decided not to stay in a city area watching traffic and vehicles, we were looking for calm area in a hill. This hotel really satisfied us with the environment, lawn for eating our breakfast, very friendly employees, great room service, cab drivers for sight seeing. Absolutely You can choose this!!!

Delightz Inn has excellent staff and great food. Rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities. It however lacks in 3 things: 1) Location of the hotel is not very good. Its 5 km from the main market and charges for moving to the market (one-side-only) are more than Rs. 150. So be prepared to spend time in your room only if you do not have your own conveyance. 2) The rooms are spacious, clean and have all basic amenities but the aesthetic level is low. Some decorations are required in the room to make it worthy of the price charged. 3) Breakfast offered in the package has no variety. Its very very limited in choice. On the plus side, the hotel staff is excellent and well-understanding. The food they offer (when ordered extra from room) is tasty and reasonably priced. They are also able to arrange cabs for roaming around at a short notice. In short recommended if you are not looking for a 5-star stay and will be happy with above.

The stay in this hotel was nice experience. Stayed two nights in the hotel (with 1.4 yrs old kid). Positives: 1) Service was excellent (They provided milk for baby whenever we requested ( 2) Food quality was good and economical (1300/- for two dinner, two breakfast and snacks) 3) Room is spacious 4) Location is good (You should have your own vehicle to reach the hotel) 5) Room has the geyser. Negatives 1) Loud music till 10.30pm on Saturday night 2) Better to stay in groups (We were the only one family checked-in on Friday - None of the other rooms were occupied) - Felt lonely. 3) They charged 200/- per day for the room heater which was not included in the room rent when we booked.

The hotel is probably the highest located hotel in Ooty but room heater in december is charged at an exorbitant price (Rs 200 per night per room). Kitchen is in a state of mess where they expect you to order dinner at 5 p.m. Access road is poor and do not take this place if you do not have your own vehicle. Lastly, they allow personal bon fire and parties in the open garden with loud music and all beyond 11 p.m. in the night. I had to threaten them to call police in order to reduce the noise and stop the party. Positives - Rooms are spacious, staff is courteous, take good care of your driver, got a good deal (One night free out of two) and the outside view in the morning is phenomenal but it all depends on how much you can take for these positives.

It is a nice apartment hotel. This is different from standard hotel with cluttered rooms where there is not enough space to move around. We thoroughly enjoyed stay with ever friendly room service.

Its a value for money. Home away from home. Slightly (3 kms) from the city but located adjacent to a nice hill with a view of three hills and Ooty city. They prepare food on request basis and the food was too good. Staff is courteous and prompt. It was an overall good stay for us. Thanks to MMT as this was booked only based on the reviews provided on MMT and it turned out to be good.

Hotle needs to improve food taste & quality and also room service is very late
