House Boat is good, hospitality is upto the mark and services provided are best they could do.

Proprietors were dishonest. Everything they did was aimed at taking more of my money. It was difficult to enjoy a vacation when we were constantly being pestered to spend more money on things we didn't want. The worst part was the demand of a tip and then total ingratitude for the tip received.

It was a house boat,our experience was very bad. We had 4 nights booking but they could only provide accomodation for 2 nights and shifted us to a worse house boat 0n third day. Because of this, bad envirement, bad service and bad food we did not enjoy our first visit to Srinagar.

De-Liala House boat is on the golden lake. The area is well developed with fountains and neon lights and has beautifull view by the night. The house boat has Exquist walnut wood finishing. There are 6 rooms on the boat and have different sizes to suit different sized families. The rooms are equipped with hot water, small TV sets and comfortable beds. On the food the caretakers take full care to provide the meals according to the tastes but it’s better to try out the shops on the boulevard.

Bathrooms are bad, need to be modernised. Staff is always begging for tips from the point you enter the house boat. breakfast was lacking in variety and taste.

Excellent location. The view out from the house boat is amazing. The service was good the staff was polite and courteous. The hotel looked old. Food was ok, but needs variety. Hot water was available only in the mornings.

This is a nicely build houseboat with good architecture work situated in a good location but very poorly maintained. TV and telephone not working. Bedding was so poor that we asked staff to change them but even the new one was equally bad.

The best way to start the experience of true Kashmir hospitality.

This is not a hotel at all. Its a house boat and when I reached there I was surprised to see a houseboat instead of hotel.

The hotel is beautifully located and the services offered by them are excellent.
