The behavior of the owner of the Hotel Mr Gulam Rasool was very hopeless & I often found him entering into brawls with every body. He also verbally abused me for some mistake made by him only. Except the location, the hotel is C grade without any restaurant & safety measures like security etc. God forbid if some trouble occurs in Srinagar, the tourists staying in the hotel would have to starve due to non availability of kitchen. Behavior of staff is good but the owners behavior is hopeless. I recommend tourists to totally stay away from this hotel. The hotel does not even ask for showing of photo id cards by the guests, causing serious security lapse.
