Location
Dalhousie Heights is located in the heart of Dalhousie, barely 50 metres from the bus stand and half a kilometre away from Subhash Chowk. It is just a kilometre and a half away from Gandhi Chowk and 22 kms away from Khajjiar. The closest airport and railway station are 80 kms away, at Pathankot.

The only centrally heated hotel in the town, Dalhousie Heights offers unparalleled facilities and services. From the road, it appears to be a three storied white structure that has a small garden in front with flower bearing potted plants lining its front railing while the hotel actually spreads across 10 floors.

The lobby comprises a huge hall with comfortable sofas at one end and a wooden reception counter at the other. Potted plants are placed at all corners while three large bronze statues stand near the counter.

Rooms
The hotel has 44 rooms surrounded by lush green surroundings. All rooms have wooden flooring and individual balconies that offer a splendid view of the surroundings. Each room is well furnished and is appointed with modern amenities like cable television, telephone, study table with mirror, sofas, luggage rack and cupboard. In addition, the suites feature a reclining chair, refrigerator and dressing room with shoe shine mitts and slippers. Washroom amenities are common across categories and include soap, shampoo, moisturiser, shower cap, talcum powder, linen, exhaust fan and geyser.

The Super Deluxe Suites have a separate living room and bedroom that are done up in gold colour and feature intricately carved furniture. While the living room has an eight piece sofa set besides a large screen television and refrigerator, the bedroom features another television besides cushioned sofa chairs and a study table. The huge washroom features a lavish bathtub with a window near the head rest.

Dining
Mezbaan, the multi cuisine restaurant at the lobby level of Dalhousie Heights, serves Indian and Chinese cuisines besides select Continental dishes. The restaurant can seat 50 guests at a time and is open for breakfast (8 am - 11 am), lunch (12 noon - 3 pm) and dinner (8 pm - 11 pm). Snacks and beverages are served round the clock during season time while guests can enjoy the convenience of room service at all times.

Conferences & Banquets
Dalhousie Heights is an ideal place to conduct conferences and banquets. It has a well equipped hall that can accommodate 80 to 100 guests in a U-shape arrangement and up to 150 guests in a theatre style arrangement. The hotel also offers business facilities like fax and courier service.
