Hotel maintanence and housekeeping was too poor and not upto the standard. Very less hotel staff and nothing provided on time, either tea, snakcs or food. Dinner was getting ready by 10 pm only, it was too late and children were too hungry by that time. Not worth for money. We had booked Luxury package, but we were provided with normal room only that too without A/C. It was really pathetic performance for us and we just stayed and came back. Only positive thing-food was not bad.

The location of the hotel is pretty good as it is quite far from the hustling crowd. Would have been perfect if the river was a little more "closer". The cottages are nice and cozy and the garden, well maintained. Food is fairly good although not excellent and the pricing is not too expensive either. The staff was quite friendly and were ready to help with anything you'd ask. The management has a good knowledge of the surroundings and provided us valuable information. A good relation is possible here and I do think I will be going back there again.
