Clean, comfortable hotel with an attentive, polite staff. Excellent value for money and located in the heart of Coimbatore. It's also worth mentioning that there was a mistake in the dates I had booked on MakeMyTrip which I only realised when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel staff were gracious enough to give me a room nevertheless. Hotel has a 24 hour checkout policy, though, which was not mentioned by makemytrip. Having checked out at 11.30 am, I was charged a full extra day's room rent for the extra 3 hour or so I had spent in my room. When I pointed out that I was informed by makemytrip that checkout was at 12pm, the hotel management kindly agreed to withdraw the extra day's charges. P.S. The free breakfast buffet in the morning is quite good, too.

The hotel is well located and the service was very cordial in all respects. Only thing to be improved is the cleanliness of the bath room, where water logging is found and the flush in our bath room was not working. Food is great and the stay was comfortable. Subject to certain minor limitations which can be come over, the stay at this rate is full value for the money. I would like to stay in future in that hotel and also recommend to my friends and relatives.

Its the best stay I have even stayed in years. The rooms were very spacious and the people too courteous. They were ready to help round the clock and maintained good professionalism. I am planning to book this hotel for all my future trips to Coimbtore.
