The Hotel staff were excellent. We were welcomed upon arrival & promptly led to our rooms. We had a relaxing stay & throughout our stay they were very courteous. The property is very nice & rooms were very comfortable. The Hotel bears a traditional cultural influence & outlook. Overall, very nice experience & highly recommended for people wanting a nice experience.

Coconut Lagoon is one of the most fantastic hotels I have visited. Services provided by the staff was tremendous and pleasing. People who want to forget about their routine work and hectic schedule, it's a dream world where we can relax and stretch. To tell about some limitations of the hotel - don't have TV or cable connection in the hotel. You have very limted choice for food and the food is very expensive.

Coconut lagoon makes you fall in love all over again. Beautiful, serene and quaint - coconut lagoon is fantastic. Friendly staff - every meal we had was so well attended to. Courteous and always ready to please. Coconut lagoon is our most memorable holiday ever.
