Club Mahindra Valley Resort Reviews, Binsar

The hotel is about 27 km away from Binsar town. The resort is very clean and well maintained and the rooms are very spacious and are well appointed. You have very nice quality cutlery, a microwave oven, an electric kettle etc. available in your room. The house keeping is excellent but the food quality and the room service need a lot of work. For one, their ala carte portions are very small, barely enough for 2 persons and are very expensive compared to similar hotels even in Nainital. Second, it takes them a minimum of one hour to bring your order to your room. They reason that itÂ’s because the resort is too spread out but honestly, it takes only about a minute to walk up to the restaurant where the kitchen is from any corner of the resort. They have a myriad of adventure activities including, rock climbing, rappelling, valley crossing, zorbing etc. all of them carried out by well trained professionals. All in all a nice experience but I wouldn't say its value for money though.
