The Classic Hotel, Nainital boasts of being the best hotel on the mall, but the rooms are shabby with dim lightling. Hot water is available only between 8:00 - 10:30 AM and the hotel doesn't provide parking services. We had asked for a wake up call, which hadn't occured and there was no one who took accountability for it. Bathrooms had the "sanitized" sign board but were in filty condition. All in all, it was a waste of money and I wouldn't like to recommend this hotel to anyone.
