Excellent hotel but I will recommend to book it only if you are getting some kind of good deal on it like I got through Make My Trip; Hotel offers very comfortable stay; Though rated 5 Star but it is not at par with a Metro City 5 Star Hotel but still its a very good hotel; It has spa, massage parlour, beauty parlour, swimming pool, In house recreation like TT, Pool etc., Roof Toop restaurent giving a good view of Taj Tomb and Minar is awsome and the same view is from some rooms on 4th floor, where we stayed. Staff was very corteous and I got all inclusions as promised in the package. Overall a very good experiance. Definately book it if you get it around 6500/- if it is higher than that go for Trident.

A big hotel with 5 star facilities. The rooms are excellent; has all the amenities and the huge windows are an added bonus. Bathroom is especially clean with all the facilities like shampoo, conditioner, soap, moisturizer etc., I was not carrying anythingÂ…and it was very convenient and an absolute delight to discover this. The room service is goodÂ…found the room spotless every time I returned back. They even have an option of letting the guests choose whether they want to change the linen every day or not. This with respect to save water!! I really liked this concept. Dining and wining facilities are excellent as well, though a little on the higher range. But their service is what stands out; they packed hot breakfast for me at 4 in the morning because I had to catch a train! Transportation was a little difficult as the hotel is located in a fairly non commercial area. The auto rickshaw guys throw a tantrum, especially at night time. However, there are a few cycle rickshaws and autowalas outside the gate all the time.

This was a decent hotel, the annoying part that I found was that we were a couple and we got a room that had two beds joined together. Who in their right mind would give two twin beds to a couple?

It's a great place to stay. It's located in a quiet peaceful area, off the main road. The range of facilities were up to the mark, as expected of a Clarks hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and had huge windows through which the Taj was visible at a distance. The washroom was especially nice and had all amenities that one could possibly require. The best part about this hotel is the space. It has huge sprawling lawns and ample of space beside the pool too. The dining facilities were really good, especially since they had an oriental food fest going on while we were there. The shops at the shopping arcade had interesting stuff but were a little expensive (quite expected). Basically, it’s a nice, comfortable and pleasant place to stay and quite worth splurging on.

Overall, a good hotel. Quality of food and service was very good. However, the hotelÂ’s restaurant needs some improvement in its ambience.

Can't comment on what other hotels in Agra are like but this one needs to be cleaned up and decorated sometime after 1970.

We could not shower because only brown water came out of the shower and sink. The bellman left our bags unattended on the 5th floor. The Internet did not work, and we were informed later that it often does not work. And the room was not ready when we arrived after the scheduled check-in.
