Hotel was good, rooms were also good but beds were not comfortable. Beds/matterss should be single not saperated.

First impression was bad since the hotel cannot be accessed by car, and the hotel has no facility to help with your luggage. There was a man providing his services, we thought he was part of the hotel staff, that could have disappear with our luggage, but then ask 50 INR for his services while reaching the hotel's price of the restaurant is unreasonable.

There was water lick age from the rooftop . Also blockage in the toilet. After informing to the reception we had to wait for 3 hours to change our room. There is no lift in the hotel. no in-room service for dinner and lunch..

The hotel is situated on the quiet end of the Mall. It has a nice old world feel to it - very colonial British Raj! The staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful. Only thing missing was that breakfast was not included with the room tariff - which is usually a standard practice.
