Clark's Shiraz Reviews, Agra

I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay at Clark's Shiraz, Agra. The quality of service is by far one of the best that I have seen, the staff is warm and courteous and very helpful. The rooms were very neat and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel too was appropriate, which made our visit to the Taj and the Agra Fort very convenient. There is however one feedback that I have shared with the hotel, that is between my hotel room and the neighboring one there was a wooden door which has a tiny gap at the bottom of the door and because of this sound easily travels from one room to another. So in case you want total silence, then you would need to check with the hotel as we could overhear conversations in the next room which can be a problem. Overall I would say, excellent hotel and great value for money, if the hotel can improve upon the mentioned problem, I would consider it as one of the best to stay in.

I suppose Clark Shiraz is the best value for Money proposition if you want to visit Agra and Taj Mahal. The hotel location is great and service is good. The property is spacious and you feel disconnected from the hustle of the town. Nice place to relax & enjoy at very competitive pricing. We really liked the buffet for its variety. Swimming pool and bar is great.

Hotel was excellent and clean. The only complaints I have was that the dinner at their buffet restaurant was very poor and the toilets (while clean) were sub standard compared to the rest of the facilities. In addition the shower did not work property. Other than that the rooms were clean and well furnished, the bed was comfortable and the service was good!

The service has been found excellent.

We could not shower because only brown water came out of the shower and sink. The bellman left our bags unattended on the 5th floor. The Internet did not work, and we were informed later that it often does not work. And the room was not ready when we arrived after the scheduled check-in.

Excellent hotel but I will recommend to book it only if you are getting some kind of good deal on it like I got through Make My Trip; Hotel offers very comfortable stay; Though rated 5 Star but it is not at par with a Metro City 5 Star Hotel but still its a very good hotel; It has spa, massage parlour, beauty parlour, swimming pool, In house recreation like TT, Pool etc., Roof Toop restaurent giving a good view of Taj Tomb and Minar is awsome and the same view is from some rooms on 4th floor, where we stayed. Staff was very corteous and I got all inclusions as promised in the package. Overall a very good experiance. Definately book it if you get it around 6500/- if it is higher than that go for Trident.

The hotel looks old but rooms are clean & wide. It's near to Taj Mahal.
