The service in the hotel was very poor. It never seemed like a 5-star hotel at all. The front office people just didn't know anything and didn't provide any proper information.

Hotel looks great from outside. Has a great location too. However some of the services like housekeeping and laundry are not good. Fridge was not working. Had to call 3 times to get that working. Not exactly a customer friendly hotel.

Service is good. The Asthan Restaurant at ground floor can be given a miss but Ta Blu and Dhola Maru should be visited at night. Service is good overall, but people at reception are not that courteous.

Rooms were nice, the place was very nice and reasonable. Very elegant interior designs. It was very comfortable to stay at the Hotel Clarks. Great swimming pool, however on my visit Pool was under maintenance which is not good. Wi-fiF is on charge.

Hotel was a nice one but the only problem was with the air conditioning. The staff said that there was a problem in new block and no options was there as the hotel was full. Otherwise the room was good.

Nice and clean. Happening pub on the top floor, open air, so you can smoke. Maybe that's why it's so happening! Location sucks.

Good Hotel. Very close to airport. Only problem is food is very costly and there is no nearby restaurant.

It is a good place to stay, however, the quality of the breakfast needs to be considerably improved. Also, the view from the rooms is pathetic. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
